Terms of service for:
The Builder Extreme 1000 PRO, 1500 PRO, 2000 PRO, 3000 PRO.
The Builder Extreme PRO range comes with a 12 months warranty period. The complete print head comes with a 3 month warranty period (when the Builder Extreme PRO is used with the approved filament delivered by Builder 3D Printers, correct use and service and without opening the Builder 3D printer) against defective workmanship and material. The warranty of the extruder system will expire immediately when printing materials, which are not delivered/recommended by Builder 3D Printers. All other parts are warranted for 1 year. Please keep the original box of the printer at all times.
The warranty of the Builder Extreme PRO, parts and filaments will expire when;
- the product is damaged
- immersion in water
- improper installation
- improper service
If you experience any problems with your Builder 3D printer please visit our YouTube channel which provides you with service videos that might solve the issue:http://www.youtube.com/user/builder3dprinters. When sending the Builder 3D printer back to our HQ please contact the helpdesk first. We need to diagnose the issues you experience first before taking any action. Contact helpdesk: email@example.com. If we are unable to solve the issue by phone or by using one of our YouTube videos we will inform you if the issue is a “warranty issue”.
* Please make sure you have a valid proof of your purchase order (invoice) when contacting Builder 3D Printers about warranty.
Returning purchased items
Builder 3D Printers only accepts returns on a very limited basis. Spare parts and filaments can only be returned within 14 days from invoice date when they are in absolute new condition and when they are not used or opened. The Builder Extreme PRO range cannot be returned after purchasing.
If the Builder Extreme PRO is in need of repair, we will do our best to solve the issue by phone, email or Skype and send you the spare parts to solve the issue. If it is a warranty issue we will send the parts for free. If it is not a warranty issue we will first send you a quotation for approval. If we received the payment we will ship the spare parts to you.
Note that we first need to try to repair the faulty products, even when the product is completely new and just arrived. Sometimes it is necessary to ship the faulty product back to us for repair. Repairs always have priority for us. If the issue cannot be solved by the customer/reseller, we might send over a technician if it is a warranty issue.
