- Collection and storage of personal data

For example, you can register to our email newsletter. In this case, we will collect and store your email address. Your email address will be used for mailing our newsletter emails informing you about current offers and developments. Our online order services use the platform of Woocommerce. The utilization of our online order services requires your registration. During the registration process all data required for processing your orders are queried. Such data especially are your complete name, your complete business name including authorized representative(s), your email address, your address (billing and deviating shipping address, if any), payment details and your phone number. In order to facilitate future logins without re-entering a complete set of data, you have to choose a password that may be amended by you at any time. We store the data entered by you in order to set up a customer’s account. The customer’s account will be used for processing your orders. Your data will be held available for your upcoming orders (registration), as long as you maintain your registration with us.
We only retain personal data for as long as is necessary for us to render a service you have requested or to which you have given your consent, except where otherwise provided by law (e.g. in connection with pending litigation).
- Utilization, transfer and deletion of personal data
The personal data provided by you will be used for answering your queries, processing your order, assessing your credit-worthiness, and for the technical administration of the website.
Your personal data will not be sold to third parties.
