- Download the update here (V2.36)
- Unzip this file
- You will see some other zipped files, please keep them zipped
- Save all the files on to an EMPTY usb stick
- Make sure your Builder Premium is switched off
- Insert the usb and turn on the Builder Premium
- Your Builder Premium will update and notify you when it’s finished
- When it’s finished, turn off your Builder Premium and remove the usb stick
- Wait 5 minutes and switch on your Builder Premium. Now it’s ready for printing again
