Big/Builder 3D Printers Dual-Feed Extruders
The Builder 3D printers Extruders are warranted only to the original purchaser for a period of three months from the original purchase date (when the Builder 3D Printers are used with the approved filament delivered by Builder 3D Printers, normal use and service and without opening the Builder 3D printer) against defective workmanship and material. The warranty of the extruder system will expire immediately when printing materials which are not delivered/recommended by Code-P West B.V. / Builder 3D Printers. All other parts are warrented for 1 year.
The warranty of the Builder 3D printer will expire when;
- the product is damaged
- immersion in water
- improper installation
- improper service
If you experience any problems with your Builder 3D printer please visit our YouTube channel which provides you with service videos that might solve the issue:http://www.youtube.com/user/builder3dprinters. When sending the Builder 3D printer back to our HQ please contact the helpdesk first. We need to diagnose the issues you experience first before taking any action. Contact helpdesk: firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are unable to solve the issue by phone or by using one of our YouTube videos we will inform you if the issue is a “warranty issue”.
* Please make sure you have a valid proof of your purchase order (invoice) when contacting Code-P West B.V. / Builder 3D Printers about warranty.
Returning purchased items
Code-p West B.V. / Builder 3D Printers only accepts returns on a very limited basis. The Builder 3D printer can be send back within 14 days after purchase (invoice date) on your costs and in the original box only when the Builder 3D printer is “unaffected” which means: the Builder 3D printer has not been assembled, powered up, used and only when the product is 100% in new condition.
For non-electronic items we only accept returns when the items are unopened and returned within 14 days after purchase on your costs (invoice date). After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
When returning the Builder 3D printer to Code-P West B.V. / Builder 3D Printers make sure all the accessories/tools of the printer are enclosed. When accessories/tools are missing we can’t accept it as a return. Also send a copy of the invoice as proof of the purchase date. When returned products are damaged during shipping because you did not use the original box all costs of the repair will be on your account.
